Sample Identification Service

Samples MUST be shipped in accordance with our specific instructions.  Once identified you will be notified by email.

There is a £17.50 + VAT (£21.00 inc. VAT) charge for this service.

If the sample is identified as something other than Bed Bugs and you wish to consult with one of our technical specialists a telephone consultation and written report can be arranged.  This has in the past included detailed technical specifications for carrying out the work and court reports/appearances.  Such work can be quick or may take a few hours, as such we feel the fairest way is to charge, as such an estimate will always be given before the work is discussed.
