Professional Bed Bug Eradication

At our core, we believe effective pest control shouldn’t break the bank. Our specialized approach is designed to be more cost-effective than local authority services and significantly cheaper and more reliable than “whole-house” heat treatments, which often fail to reach every hiding spot.

We provide a surgical, high-tech solution that targets the problem without the unnecessary overhead of bulkier methods.

Arrival & Logistical Details

  • Standard Arrival Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.

  • Discretion: All vehicles are unmarked and compact for your privacy.

  • Parking: Customers are responsible for arranging parking or providing a visitor’s permit in restricted areas. Any parking fees incurred will be added to the final invoice.

1. Diagnostic Assessment

£150 + VAT per hour (1-hour minimum)

  • Comprehensive Search: Covers up to six rooms.

  • Expert Insight: If bed bugs aren’t the culprit, we identify the actual pest, provide a resolution plan, and offer prevention education.

  • The “Treatment Waiver”: If we confirm bed bugs and begin treatment immediately, this assessment fee is waived.

  • Note: This fee applies if the property requires pre-treatment prep work before we can begin, or in the event of a failed visit (e.g., no one is home).

2. First Treatment Visit

£175 + VAT for the first hour | £150 + VAT per hour thereafter (Subsequent time billed in 15-minute increments)

Most treatments take 1–2 hours, depending on the infestation level. Unlike expensive heat treatments that bake your entire home, we only need to treat infested rooms to keep your costs down.

  • The Process: We use a professional super-heated steam disinfector to instantly kill bed bugs and eggs.

  • Residual Protection: We optimize the area with an organic desiccant and install our exclusive patented Passive+ Monitor technology to ensure the problem stays gone.

3. Follow-Up Visits (Fixed Price)

£75 + VAT per visit Should we need to return to re-inspect or re-treat a room, the cost is strictly capped, regardless of how long the appointment takes. This provides you with total price certainty.

Important Procedures & Zones

  • Previous Treatments: If you have previously hired another firm or attempted self-treatment, you must complete our “Previously Treated Disclosure Procedure“ before your appointment. This is a mandatory health and safety risk assessment.

  • Congestion Charge: If your property is within the Congestion Charge zone, the current daily rate will be added to our fees.

Coverage Areas & Postcodes

Standard Pricing Zones: N1-N22, NW1-NW11, E1-E20, EC1-EC4, SE1-SE28, SW1-SW20, W1-W14, WC1, WC2.

Greater London Surcharge: For properties inside the M25 in the following areas, a one-off £35 + VAT charge applies to the first visit only: WD, EN, IG, RM, DA, CR, SM, KT, TW, UB, HA.
