We have specially selected a form of Diatomaceous Earth and paired it with the most effective applicator and supported a simple and yet effective home treatment solution through thorough documentation.  While it is no replacement for the added efficiency of one of our trained specialists it’s the second best thing.  We have been asked to support various home treatment kits and products over the years and few products ever pass our rigorous destruction testing procedures.  Testing reports and field trial data is shared in our advanced educational section for those who want to understand more about our selection processes.

Sample Identification

As most people do not have access to the kinds of cameras and lenses needed to accurately document samples we offer a postal sample identification service.  We would rather receive a sample and be able to offer an accurate assessment that receives an out of focus blur and is asked to guess what it is.  Our scientific approach does not facilitate guesswork.  Samples are usually confirmed ont he day or arrival via email or phone. 

Mystery Bite Pack

As one of the few resources that are easily accessible to people who have been called upon many times to work out the cause of a problem when non of the physical signs of bed bugs have been present.

In doing so we have established a ”mystery bite pack protocol” which enables us to narrow down the list of the many possible causes of skin reactions to a more manageable list of what it is likely to be.

The process is through data collection and takes 14 – 21 days to complete as the information must be collected and recorded in a specific way in order to show the patterns we are looking for.
