At Bed Bugs Limited we take the confidential nature of our work and our clients desire to remain confidential extremely seriously, despite the fact that we are a relatively small company we aim to be compliant with systems and processes that you would normally only find in the most highly organised and methodical organisations.

We are also active on social media but it is not our company policy to use social media to market directly to platform users outside of update posts.

We specifically and deliberately do not hold:

  • Customers surnames

Operations Data

Our booking system is based on a scheduling calendar and contains the following information:

  • First name
  • Contact number
  • Address
  • A scan of the case notes
  • In some cases, we are also asked to generate a service report or expert report

In addition to this some projects have data collected such as images or notes, some of which are stored on the companies private secure cloud server.
