Our technicians are often called upon to travel all over the UK for treatments, please see the box on the right of the home page or the most up to date details of planned out of London treatment visits.
If you need assistance and are outside of our normal M25 / London Postcodes area please contact the office. We always try to confirm an infestation prior to taking on work outside our local area.
Sample Identification
If you are unsure of any samples or artefacts that you find in your home we offer a postal sample identification service.
Samples MUST be shipped in accordance with your specific instructions. Once identified you will be notified by email or telephone.
There is a £15 + VAT (£17.63 inc. VAT) charge for this service.
We are regularly sent samples from all over the world for rapid identification and aim to give a response on the same business day as arrival. We use a range of high powered digital microscopes and high resolution macro cameras and compare the images with our archive of 2,500 artefact identification pictures. We can also analyse other items such as blood spots on sheets/fabric and suspect faecal traces.
All our team travel in unmarked and un liveried vehicles to ensure maximum discretion.
We all carry GPS tracking systems developed in conjunction with TomTom works to ensure that our journey times are as accurate as possible.
