Commercial Treatment

Commercial services are available on an ad hoc or contracted basis. We offer a competitive service and will endeavour to work within a timescale that offers the minimum possible disruptions to your business.

We can also provide full staff training in the identification of the presence of bed bugs and we provide contracted customers with a comprehensive procedures manual to document treatments and monitor the clear up. Early detection and control is the key to controlling bed bugs out breaks in environments such as:

We are continually refining our processes for rapid knockdown of an infestation with the aim of total eradication in the shortest possible time. Leaving an infested room vacant for up to 3 weeks will not solve the problem regardless of how many times the area is sprayed. We specialise in developing integrated pest management solutions and will create a bespoke work plan for each infestation based upon the extent and distribution.

With the commissioning of our dedicated decontamination facility we can now offer off site decontamination of any portable item from bags and luggage to small items of furniture. Our unique off site decon™ service has helped numerous guests who have unwittingly come into contact with bed bugs ensure that they do not take the unwanted guests home with them. In many cases this has helped to ensure that the matter is dealt with before things degenerate into legal wrangling. We are so confident in our process that we will happily supply a certificate of decontamination.

We are happy to advise retained clients on aspects of room configuration that will help minimise the spread of an infestation and strategies for early detection. There is currently no effective preventative treatment available.

With the UK’s only dedicated Bed Bug screening team we are able to thoroughly inspect large areas for signs of Bed Bug activity to ensure that problems do not remain undetected. In some case studies we have found 1% - 5% room infestation rates which had not been reported to housekeeping. Being proactive about Bed Bug infestations can help reduce the risk of costly lawsuits.

Having completed the worlds first city based bed bug survey we have been able to build a model capable of illustrating the clusters and corridors of infestations which are present in London. This tool provides an amazing amount of data not only on the current state of bed bugs in the capital but also the historic picture. By combining public information with our own proprietary data set we have establish the highest density map available in the world. This data goes a long way towards explain why certain properties appear to be more active with bed bugs than others and helps Hotels, landlords and letting agents develop their bed bug strategies based on scientific and historic data rather than guess work.
